We try to ship items fast - usually within 4 business days of receipt. Shipping times may vary depending on the time of year ordered. Orders may take a little longer to process during the Christmas season.
We ship to all areas, however, international shipping is via USPS Priority Mail only because tracking is available.
Customer pick-up is permitted for friends and family members located in Northwest Arkansas only, as we do not have a brick and mortar storefront location at this time.
