We are a small business and the handmade items are made with care and attention to detail, one-by-one, by Wanda Maria.
For this reason, we cannot offer refunds for buyer's remorse or a change of mind. However, if an item is damaged in transit, wherever possible, we will attempt to repair the items and/or offer a replacement of the item at hand.
Please notify us of the need for a repair or replacement within 14 days of receipt of the item.
